We helped Altrad launch a journey to global change and towards building a culture that values difference. 

As part of this global change, we introduced a bold ambition for the organization and gender based recruitment targets. We also created a campaign to launch a more inclusive culture where everyone is respected and supported – elements of which included a new symbol of diversity, rally cry and interactive experience for 300 of their leaders to take part in at the kick-off at their global leadership conference in Montpellier, France.

We’re excited to support Altrad embrace diversity as they journey towards greater gender balance in their workforce. And we’re delighted to have taken part in an important cultural shift for such a large global organisation.
